I am currently obsessed with this album. It starts out with a sexy upbeat sort of vibe then transitions into a more melancholy blues feel. The transition is so natural you almost forget that the halves have such different sounds. There is also not a single song not worth listening to here.

ReplyDeleteThey played a free show last year in SLC as part of the free summer concert series, unfortunately I could not bring myself to brave the mid-july heat to stand in a crowd to watch them.
